    It's great to see Key Account Director Melanie Ann Alston (Green) and Head of Community Development EJ Quinn using one of their paid volunteering days to support our neighbours Crowning Greatness CIC in setting up their new centre. Andrew and Shireen are doing incredible work in the community, creating a safe and nourishing space for local people to connect and grow. We're so proud to support them through our Community Investment Fund this year. #LifeAtHyve

    At Hyve Group , our employees are given two days each year to volunteer — and today EJ Quinn and I were lucky enough to spend the morning with Crowning Greatness CIC I say lucky because it was such a lovely morning working alongside Andrew Morrison , Shireen and the wider team, helping them launch an inspiring initiative with so many exciting collaborations already in the pipeline. The project has a special focus on music, creativity and creating opportunities, it was amazing to mingle with the local community and help make everyone feel welcome. It was also fantastic to see Harrow Council there supporting the launch represented by Aneka Shah-Levy A brilliant business idea with genuine love for community at its heart ❤️ I’m really looking forward to watching Crowning Greatness CIC continue to blossom.     I’m delighted to be attending Shoptalk Luxe today - the first of three brand new event launches this year for Hyve Group. We are incredibly proud to be hosting this event alongside our strategic partners - the Abu Dhabi Investment Office مكتب أبوظبي للاستثمار. ADIO’s leadership in shaping Abu Dhabi’s luxury, retail and innovation ecosystem has been fundamental to bringing Shoptalk Luxe to life. Their long-term vision and commitment to attracting global brands, innovators and capital continue to position Abu Dhabi as the home of luxury, making it the ideal host city. My sincere thanks to His Excellency Badr Al-Olama, Director General of ADIO, for his guidance and support of this unique event. Since acquiring Shoptalk in 2019, we have continued to invest in new ways of driving ROI for our customers. And as customer demand has grown, so too has the Shoptalk brand, leading to the launch of Shoptalk Europe in 2023, a Fall show in the US in 2024, and now Shoptalk Luxe here in Abu Dhabi.

  • 2026: the year we’ll conclude our GO27 plan a year ahead of schedule.  

    Each year, we bring Hyve’s leadership team together to reflect on the 12 months gone by and discuss the year ahead. This year, it was all about shaping the plan which will allow us to deliver our GO27 value creation plan a year early, in 2026, and building on the stellar financial results we’ve just announced for 2025. For me, this is one of the most important things we do for our leaders. Not only do they walk away feeling more aligned and inspired, but it’s also a chance for us to connect and have some fun - something that I believe is a fundamental of any workplace. We listened, we challenged, we created and we laughed - and hopefully we have lots more of that to come in 2026.  #LifeAtHyve 

  • 2025 was another year of significant growth and progress at Hyve. We delivered our third consecutive year of double-digit organic growth, strengthened margins, and moved faster than planned on GO27. So much so that we now expect to deliver our plan a year early, in 2026. Behind the numbers is a focused model that’s working. Fewer, larger, category-defining events in key end markets of growth. A relentless focus on customer outcomes and making every connection intentional. And growing demand from the world’s leading companies to get business done. We also welcomed four new brands into Hyve, deepening our presence in healthcare, edtech and supply chain, and extending value beyond the show floor with year-round and advisory propositions. As industry boundaries converge, and new technology continues to disrupt, our role is to bring whole sector ecosystems together to help shape what comes next.
