Today we’re announcing a new collaboration with Cleveland Clinic, which will give our health portfolio direct access to one of the world’s leading health systems and biomedical research institutions. KV companies now have the distinct advantage of demonstrating their value directly with some of the best clinicians in the world. One of our companies (Vista AI) has already started working with Cleveland Clinic, and nearly a dozen more are in active discussions. Beyond commercial opportunities, this also opens the door for future co-investment, co-development, and incubation. In turn, Cleveland Clinic gains a direct pipeline to the latest innovation in AI, digital health, next-gen therapeutics, and new models of care. We’re already exploring our first joint incubation: a new company where KV will lead tech development and recruiting, and Cleveland Clinic will provide the clinical environment to test, refine, and scale the service. We'll have more to share on that soon. Meantime, read more about the collaboration: https://lnkd.in/gXZiYduQ

The way we transact and do business has sped up 10x thanks to companies like Square and Shopify. But the way we execute contracts has barely changed. Spellbook is helping 4,000+ law firms and in-house legal teams draft, review, and negotiate contracts faster and smarter.
We're thrilled to announce that Spellbook has raised a $50m Series B financing, led by former lawyer Keith Rabois at Khosla Ventures. Since 2022, we've grown rapidly to 4,000 law firm and in-house customers, like Nestlé, eBay and Kennedys. Like "Cursor for contracts", we aim to be the best way to draft and review agreements with AI. For our customers, this means we'll be introducing a breadth of new functionality. Our first leap forward: integration of Realtime Market Standards. We want to be the most grounded contract review tool. Lawyers are sick of counterparties sending them "AI slop" redlines filled with non-substantive changes. They want to use AI, but they want to be able to defend their changes with citations to hard data. Already in beta, our new Realtime Market Standard functionality will allow you to compare your agreement to others in the same industry, jurisdiction and deal size bucket. We're also expanding to the full breadth of transactional work with Spellbook Associate, the agent we launched last year, and expanding our support for large enterprises. Keith and the KV team have invested in some of the greatest companies of our time: OpenAI, Airbnb, YouTube, DoorDash—we're glad to have them help guide us through hypergrowth. We're also thrilled to have Threshold Ventures, Inovia Capital, Bling Capital, Moxxie Ventures, Path Ventures and Jean-Michel Lemieux join the round, continuing to shape us. When we first entered legaltech nearly 8 years ago, very few wanted to fund the space because they thought lawyers were too slow to adopt tech. They couldn't have been more wrong. Lawyers were just waiting for the right tech to solve their problems. As Jack Newton from Clio noted: large language models are for lawyers what spreadsheets were to accountants. Thank you to our incredible team, our customers and the ecosystem that has supported us to get here.

The next wave of networks won’t revolve around feeds, it'll be driven by AI agents working for us. Gigi is working to make that future a reality, and Clara Gold is building an incredible founding team in SF, including: ⚫ Founding Engineer (CTO) ⚫ Founding ML engineer ⚫ Founding Product Engineer (Front-end) ⚫ Founding Product Designer Reach out to her for more info.
When Sydney Bradley writes about you, it feels harder than pitching Vinod Khosla. For real. She doesn’t just cover the surface, she digs into why you’re a founder, every reason behind a pivot, the mission that keeps you awake at night. And then she stress-tests the product, sending feedback so sharp your backlog basically writes itself. After our seed with Sequoia Capital, OpenAI and MONASHEES, I’m fired up to bring Adina Tecklu from Khosla Ventures onboard, leading this new round. And let me be real: this one wasn’t easy to close. The pivot was early. The metrics weren’t there yet. The team is still being built. We have A LOT to prove. But the vision could not be more clear: For the past 2 decades, professional networks have been built around content: posts, likes, and followers. But content doesn’t open doors. People do. Gigi turns your Social Capital — the trust and reputation in your real network — into a private graph, with AI surfacing the right introductions at the right time. This round fuels one thing: hiring an exceptional founding team in SF. We’re opening 4 key roles (link in comments): 👉 Founding Engineer (CTO) 👉 Founding ML engineer 👉 Founding Product Engineer (Front-end) 👉 Founding Product Designer If this mission hits you in the gut and you’re ready to spend the next years building like crazy, apply or tag the people who should ! Small businesses have long been left behind by traditional software. HiOctave (HiO) will empower entrepreneurs to run their businesses smarter and faster in the era of AI, led by a team that's done this before at Crescendo and has deep experience building for SMBs.
Founder (Crescendo AI, HiOctave AI). Investor (Celesta Capital, GC, 90+ seed checks, 8🦄s), Builder (Meta, Airtel, Five9). 1% better everyday.
🚨SMBs deserve access to the same AI-native tools that power enterprises. Today, we’re launching HiOctave (HiO) to make this a reality! 🚀 Over 90% of 🇺🇸’s businesses are SMBs, employing 45% of the private workforce and generating 44% of GDP – yet, most of these 31 million businesses lack access to modern, AI‑native tools to help build loyal, high-value customer relationships at scale. HiOctave’s platform is designed to enable SMB founders and owners to deliver high‑trust CX and booking agents without heavy overhead—off the shelf, AI-enabled customer satisfaction management with no IT team or vendor sprawl required. Thrilled to co-found HiOctave (HiO) alongside Andy Lee once again, building on our work at Crescendo, and welcome Golan Agmon (formerly COO, eCommerce at Wix) as HiOctave co-founder and CEO. We are excited to partner on this with Vinod Khosla and Khosla Ventures. We’re also grateful to my colleagues at Celesta Capital, Anthology Fund (Anthropic + Menlo Ventures) and Carya Venture Partners for their support on this journey! Our mission: bring big-tech AI advantages—higher conversions, more revenue—to “little tech,” enabling SMBs to create 1:1 relationships with their most loyal customers at scale. And today we have the team, investors, and technology to make it happen. LFG!! 👏👏 Hari Arul Sriram Viswanathan | Robin Clewley Deedy Das | Venky Ganesan

Excited to see Respin Health and Peloton Interactive team up on groundbreaking menopause research
I am thrilled to share a groundbreaking partnership between Respin Health and Peloton Interactive: Together, we are embarking on one of the first large-scale research studies to explore how targeted exercise can alleviate menopause symptoms. This collaboration, called the P.R.E.S.S. study, invites 500 Peloton members to participate in a scientifically-backed program designed to empower women during perimenopause and menopause. This is one of the LARGEST real world studies dedicated to this population, one that has historically been overlooked and underinvested. What excites us most is transcending a traditional brand partnership and delivering something fundamentally different—evidence-based exercise protocols from over 100 peer-reviewed studies translated into actionable programming. By teaming up with Peloton, we're making science-backed solutions accessible for a community that already inspires millions of women every day. At Respin, we’re dedicated to redefining menopause care—moving beyond symptoms to truly support the whole woman. This partnership allows us to bring evidence-based, personalized care into the everyday lives of women everywhere. To learn more or participate, visit www.respin.health/peloton Here’s to harnessing the power of movement and community to change the narrative around menopause! A massive thank you to the Peloton team Peter C. Stern, Jennifer C., Amanda Hill for your partnership in bringing this to life! ⚡ #MenopauseAwareness #LifestyleAsMedicine #WomenHealth

Congrats Nitricity! 🎉
I’m very grateful for our team and for those investing in Nitricity. We have an opportunity to build a more sustainable fertilizer industry — one that not only reduces emissions but also supports healthier soils and safer food — and we won’t take that for granted. This Series B is an exciting inflection point, and I couldn’t be more thankful to Dr. Nadine Geiser, Daria Saharova, and the World Fund team for their foresight in backing us, alongside Khosla Ventures, Cultivate Next / Chipotle, and our other partners. #Nitricity #SeriesB #ClimateTech

Using AI to build the ERP for today. Excited to be working on the next-generation ERP with DualEntry. Ethan Choi Santiago Nestares
Today we’re out of stealth. DualEntry has raised a $90M Series A from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures and GV (Google Ventures). This brings our total funding to $100M to date. 18 months ago, we decided to build the ERP that makes sense for today. We did it because we lived through ERP pain ourselves. Getting a legacy system set up for our previous company took 9 months and cost $150k. When it was live, it was slow, rigid, and our finance team spent most of their time on manual reconciliation and data entry. AI already changed the way teams in Sales, Engineering, and Legal work. With DualEntry, CFOs finally have the modern ERP they deserve. In the last 18 months we’ve: - shipped 350+ features - processed $100B+ worth of journal entries with AI - saved businesses 1000s of hours on implementation - onboarded 1000s of users across all continents - built the world’s most powerful migration engine for a 24-hour ERP implementation Our customers range from high-growth startups to NYSE-listed companies. They close their books the same day, report in real time, and achieve more with leaner teams. Since switching to DualEntry, one of our customers can run $140M ARR with just 1 controller. Huge thanks to Lightspeed, Khosla and Google Ventures for supporting our growth 🚀 Excited to keep building the ERP for the AI age. Well done team for chapter 1, we’re just getting started. Comment “free migration” and I’ll send over all you need to go live in 24 hours with NextDay Migration.
