When Jas Singh began making it in her family kitchen on the cusp of the 21st century, she used the time-honored recipe passed down from her mother: only milk, sugar and natural flavors gently slow-cooked all day until precisely the right moment, then frozen. The result is a richly flavored, dense and decadent dessert experience. Did you know you can find Kaurina's Kulfi pops in 73 HEB's in Texas? We want to thank Carisa Shaver and Karla Bayona and everyone at the H-E-B team for being so supportive of our home grown Texas brand making authentic kulfi for all to enjoy. We started from the kitchen table with my mother, Jas Singh's family recipe for kulfi and now to be on the shelf at HEB and other great retailers is truly a dream come true! We had a blast handing out kulfi and chatting it up with HEB customers in San Antonio last weekend and look forward to sharing the "Real History of Ice Cream" in every corner of Texas.
