We’re thrilled to see Pula take the stage alongside the The World Bank, IFC - International Finance Corporation, Google, and Bayer at the launch of #AgriConnect 2025 – From Farms to Jobs, a new initiative uniting public and private partners to transform smallholder farming into an engine of resilience, productivity, and employment. AgriConnect aims to: * Empower 100 million smallholder farmers by 2030 * Deliver climate insurance coverage to 10 million * Mobilize $9 billion annually in agribusiness commitments We’re proud to have been part of this shared journey — helping to build the digital and insurance infrastructure that makes such scale possible. Partnerships like these show how technology, finance, and collaboration can truly make climate resilience and food security a reality for farmers across the Global South. 🌱 Empowering Resilience in Mozambican Agriculture through Innovative Partnerships 🌾 We are thrilled to spotlight the #FINOVA credit‐line initiative recently launched by the Government of Mozambique, represented by Zambezi Valley Development Agency in collaboration with KfW, which mobilises ~US $47.8 million to foster agricultural productivity, strengthen value chains, and build resilience across rural communities. https://lnkd.in/dYUpindv In this transformative effort, Etherisc plays a pivotal role by providing the technical infrastructure for the insurance component — ensuring farmers and agribusinesses have risk protection against climate and other shocks. This project is made possible thanks to the shared vision and expertise of our partners: * KfW - enabling financing and backing of concessional credit terms * Frankfurt School of Finance & Management — bringing robust research, capacity building, and risk assessment support * PULA Advisories - contributing domain knowledge in agricultural insurance design and deployment * ThirdWay Partners - helping with strategy, stakeholder coordination, and implementation oversight Together, we are building a more resilient agricultural sector where smallholders and value-chain actors can thrive with reduced risk and improved access to financing.
