  • Building the future of digital infrastructure requires more inclusive leadership, and it cannot be reduced to a single day of reflection. In an industry where women represent less than 10% of the workforce, Elea Data Centers chose a different path.    Today, women hold more than one-third of Elea’s leadership positions, a figure embedded in our governance framework, rigorously measured, and directly linked to our sustainability-linked bonds. This is a milestone, not a destination. Elea has formally committed to reaching 42% women in leadership roles by 2029, a target integrated into our long-term strategy and capital structure.    They play a central role in our most critical projects, including the Petrobras data center contract, valued at R$2.3 billion over 17 years, the largest IT infrastructure deal ever awarded in Latin America.    At Elea, inclusion is not symbolic. It is structural.    ▶️ Watch the full video and see the story behind the data. #WomensMonth #EleaDataCenters #EleaEffect #Leadership #DigitalInfrastructure #GenderEquity

  • 461 years of Rio de Janeiro. A city powered by its own energy. By the light that crosses the sea, by the creativity born in its streets, by its ability to reinvent itself without losing its essence. Rio has always been synonymous with movement. Today, it is also synonymous with innovation. Home to Elea Data Centers, Rio hosts RJO1 and Rio AI City — an initiative positioning the city as a benchmark for large-scale AI infrastructure in Latin America. An ecosystem that brings together state-of-the-art digital infrastructure, renewable energy, efficiency, and sustainable urban development to support the next generation of the digital economy. Because building infrastructure in Rio is more than erecting technical structures. It is turning energy into progress, connectivity into opportunity, and vision into legacy. On the city’s anniversary, we reaffirm our commitment to the city that inspires our vision — and to building the digital infrastructure for Brazil’s future. Congratulations, Rio! #HappyBirthdayRio #RioDeJaneiro #Rio461 #RioAICity #EleaDataCenters #EleaEffect

  • Artificial Intelligence at scale is already a reality in Latin America — and Elea was the first to implement it at this level.   Elea Data Centers positioned itself early as the first infrastructure platform dedicated to AI in Brazil and across the region. Today, that strategy is reflected in large-scale projects recognized by a leading global consulting firm, Frost & Sullivan.   A key milestone in this trajectory is the 30 MVA data center developed for Petrobras — the largest IT infrastructure contract ever awarded by a Latin American company. Designed to host supercomputers, process scientific data, and support AI workloads in high-density environments, the facility operates with certified renewable energy and advanced liquid cooling.   In parallel, Rio AI City is being developed as a next-generation hub for AI and cloud workloads, with a projected capacity of up to 3.2 GW, structured to meet the computational demands of the AI era, and is among the top 10 projects worldwide.   The Transformational Innovation Leadership recognition from Frost & Sullivan reinforces this position. It validates Elea’s ability to implement AI-ready infrastructure at scale, aligned with global standards of performance, resilience, and sustainability.   Learn more about how Elea is advancing large-scale AI infrastructure in Latin America: https://lnkd.in/d5ik-rCH

  • Digital infrastructure is in the spotlight. In an interview with Jornal Nacional, Brazil's largest television news program, Alessandro Lombardi, Founder and Chairman of Elea Data Centers, addressed the current status of ReData. After being approved under an urgency regime in Brazil's Chamber of Deputies, the proposal was postponed in the Senate, reinforcing its importance for the country’s future. According to Alessandro, without ReData, Brazil risks remaining in the same place — not moving backward, but not advancing either. He emphasized that the measure is key to ensuring the country does not miss the opportunities driven by the digital economy. The news segment included footage filmed at our data center in Brasília and highlighted the strategic role of data centers in enabling applications, artificial intelligence, and other digital operations. It also addressed how the right investments can generate high-skilled jobs and long-term economic impact. 📺 Watch the full report. #EleaDataCenters #DataCenter #ReData #InfraestruturaDigital #IA #Brasil

  • Resilience is the floor. Inviolability is the standard.   In the era of the AI-driven economy and digital sovereignty, traditional metrics like uptime and redundancy represent the bare minimum. For the world’s most strategic operations, the conversation has moved beyond availability to institutional certainty.   Elea Data Centers has engineered a standard that is Inviolable in its governance and Impenetrable in its architecture. This is the foundation required for critical workloads, from the national supercomputers we host for Petrobras to global hyperscale AI.   When failure isn’t an option, you don't look for resilience. You look for the Inviolable Standard.   Inviolable. Impenetrable. The Architecture of Trust. #EleaDataCenters #DigitalSovereignty #Infrastructure #AIReady #InviolableStandard

  • Today, Elea Data Centers took part in the Data Centers and Artificial Intelligence Seminar, hosted by Amcham-Brasil, a forum focused on the structural pillars required for Brazil to position itself as a competitive digital infrastructure and AI hub. Alessandro Lombardi, Chairman & Founder of Elea, alongside other industry leaders, joined the panel “Energy and Infrastructure for Data Centers: The Sustainable Foundation for Digital Growth” to address the key challenges facing the energy sector in enabling the next phase of digital infrastructure expansion. The discussion reinforced a critical reality. While Brazil holds one of the world’s most competitive renewable energy matrices, a significant portion of national data is still processed abroad. Cost structures and regulatory dynamics remain decisive in shaping the country’s ability to attract large-scale digital investment. The path forward requires more than expanding capacity. It demands coordinated energy strategy, distributed infrastructure, regulatory clarity, and long-term capital discipline. At Elea, this is the infrastructure we are committed to building. #EleaDataCenters #EleaEffect #DigitalInfrastructure #AIInfrastructure #EnergyTransition #RioAICity #BrazilDigital #Leadership #Sustainability

  • Colocation is not only an alternative to owning and operating your own IT infrastructure, but also a strategy for efficiency, scale, and digital sovereignty. By migrating critical infrastructure to a colocation environment, organizations can reduce CAPEX, gain cost predictability, accelerate the time-to-market of new projects, and at the same time raise the bar for security, compliance, and availability. At Elea, the colocation model connects companies to a distributed data center platform, powered by 100% renewable, certified energy, with high density for AI and governance aligned with regulated markets—without giving up control over data, applications, and regulatory requirements. Well-planned colocation isn’t just outsourcing IT infrastructure: it’s strengthening the digital foundation of the business. • Many IT infrastructures are “AI-compatible,” but few are truly ready to support intensive workloads at scale. An AI-Ready Infrastructure requires more than rack space: it demands high power density, thermal efficiency, advanced cooling (such as liquid cooling), ultra-low-latency connectivity, and integration with multiple clouds and data ecosystems. All of this with operations powered by clean energy and clear emissions targets. Brazil has an opportunity to establish itself as an AI hub thanks to its renewable energy matrix and the progress of initiatives like Elea’s Rio AI City. Our digital infrastructure is built for this context: supporting AI and HPC workloads at scale—with performance, sustainability, and data sovereignty. Is your IT infrastructure truly AI-ready?
