Artificial Intelligence at scale is already a reality in Latin America — and Elea was the first to implement it at this level.   Elea Data Centers positioned itself early as the first infrastructure platform dedicated to AI in Brazil and across the region. Digital infrastructure is in the spotlight. In an interview with Jornal Nacional, Brazil's largest television news program, Alessandro Lombardi, Founder and Chairman of Elea Data Centers, addressed the current status of ReData. After being approved under an urgency regime in Brazil's Chamber of Deputies, the proposal was postponed in the Senate, reinforcing its importance for the country’s future. According to Alessandro, without ReData, Brazil risks remaining in the same place — not moving backward, but not advancing either. He emphasized that the measure is key to ensuring the country does not miss the opportunities driven by the digital economy. The news segment included footage filmed at our data center in Brasília and highlighted the strategic role of data centers in enabling applications, artificial intelligence, and other digital operations.
