Putting the GLOBAL in Global Day of Purpose🌎 Last week, we continued our Season of Purpose and our global team showed up in big ways. With employee-led volunteer events around the world, we strengthened our mission to make life better for animals, customers, society and each other. Elanco’s spirit of Going Beyond was reflected in volunteer events such as: 🐕 Cleaning, feeding, and loving on dogs at a shelter in Mexico 🐘 Building salt licks for wildlife in Thailand 🥫Sorting pantry items at a food bank in Canada 🐶 Caring for animals at a rescue center in India 🍳 Cooking and serving meals to those in need in Vietnam 🐾 Packing boxes at a food bank in Kansas 🌱 Hands-on gardening in the Benelux region 👕 Sorting clothing to benefit a humanitarian organization in Portugal 💙Volunteering with visually impaired people in in Bangalore 🌿 Planting at a community space in Malaysia When our teams around the world come together to give back to their communities, the ripple of positive impact is huge. One day. Hundreds of volunteers. Countless lives touched 💙 This week, our teams around the world rolled up their sleeves and volunteered in their local communities for Global Day of Purpose 2025. Our global HQ team spread out across the west side of downtown Indianapolis to support local non-profits and maximize impact. They spent the day at: Medical Mutts, IndyHumane, FACE Low-Cost Animal Clinic, HVAF of Indiana, Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, FIDO Indy, Indy Parks & Recreation, Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center, Indianapolis Cultural Trail Inc., Hancock County Food Pantry, Anna's House and Indianapolis Animal Care Services ...just to name a few 😉 With volunteer events at animal welfare organizations, food banks, and community centers, we made an impact in the community we live and work. The Elanco team in Poland kicked off their Global Day of Purpose 2025 with energy and spirit! During initiatives like these, when we all come together around a shared goal, everything feels bigger — our engagement, our teamwork, our sense of purpose and the joy of creating something meaningful for animals and local communities.💙🐾🏅 The team rolled up our sleeves in big ways: 🐶 Built 10 dog kennels for a dog shelter 🦴 Made 35 snuffle mats for dogs 🦎 Prepared 10 terrariums for Warsaw ZOO 🏐 Took on 35 sports games and activities as team-building challenges 🎒 Designed many Elanco tote bags 🩺 Joined a first aid course and learned from a dog behaviorist 🧘 Practiced zen and balance during yoga classes This day reminded us that together we can accomplish extraordinary things. Powered by Elanco’s Healthy Purpose, we keep going beyond to build a better future for animals, customers, our communities, and our planet. Together, We Go Beyond!🌍

Today marks a historic milestone for Elanco 🎉 We officially opened our doors to our new 220,000 square-foot global headquarters in downtown Indianapolis. This is more than just a building. It’s about what we’re building: a future where innovation thrives and community flourishes. We were honored to celebrate this momentous occasion with special guests including Governor Braun, Purdue University President Mung Chiang, Mayor Joe Hogsett and Valley Neighborhood President Jay Napoleon. The highlight? Our adorable Medical Mutts service dog, Indy, who joined the ribbon-cutting ceremony, along with a band and dance team performance by Edison School of the Arts. This new campus accelerates our vision for the OneHealth Innovation District and deepens our commitment to going beyond—not just being the company that moved in, but a neighbor helping neighbors, making our community stronger, healthier, and happier for all.
