Building a digital world without barriers

About us

Accessiway is the leading European digital accessibility company, leveraging state-of-the-art technology and our team's collective expertise to make the web navigable for people with disabilities. We have a job with a strong social impact: Accessiway’s mission is a privilege, allowing us to create and improve people’s lives on a daily basis. We know that the physical and digital world is in no way near the acceptable level of accessibility needed by people with disabilities. Inaccessibility increases their exclusion, difficulty, and frustration: we have a duty not to look the other way and to act. Who we are: A company made of people who believe in inclusion, communication, and respect for diversity. We use technology to increase efficiency while giving big attention to human-related work and expertise. The human factor is our strength. We innovate processes with people, for people. Why we do it: As long as digital accessibility is a right it cannot be a second-class priority. In an increasingly digitized world, a person with a disability encounters many barriers. We want to break these barriers, building a more inclusive and accessible world. hoW we work: We help our customers in their journey toward digital accessibility by providing customized solutions that are effective and compatible with the processes of any company, always focusing on the final users. With input from the community and associations of people with disabilities, we know exactly what the real needs of final users are, and with our experts, we can correct and create the accessible digital touchpoints of the future. Choose Accessiway! You can find us in Turin (Italy), Paris (France), Wien (Austria) and in Hamburg (Germany) 🇮🇹 🇫🇷 🇦🇹 🇩🇪

  • Accessibility becomes real when you witness the human experience behind the technology. At Accessiway, we've spent years studying these interactions not as problems to solve, but as perspectives to design for. The person who needs high contrast isn't an edge case. The user navigating by voice isn't an exception. 💡 They're one in five of your audience. Building a digital world without barriers means designing with this reality embedded in every decision. It means understanding that accessible technology is simply better technology for everyone. Watch our Brand Manifesto 📽️ https://lnkd.in/ddQk3VUU

  • One in six people in Europe lives with a disability. It's a whole market segment most digital marketing strategies overlook entirely. With the European Accessibility Act now in force, accessibility is a business reality. And for marketers, it's a chance to reach more people, build trust, and drive better performance. Accessiway will be running three sessions for marketing leaders who want to get ahead of this: 🎙 Perspektivwechsel: Was Marketer über Barrierefreiheit wissen sollten 🎙 Von Beginn an inklusiv gedacht: Wie digitale Barrierefreiheit und Marketing zusammenwirken 🎙 Mehr als eine gute Basis für bessere Performance No guilt trips. Just practical insight for marketing decision-makers. Accessibility isn't coming. It's here. https://lnkd.in/dKY-rPBG

  • Our logo went live above the ticket office at Milan Central Station. 🚂 Seeing Accessiway on a billboard in one of Europe's busiest transit hubs feels surreal. 🚶🏻 Thousands of people pass through this space every day—commuters, travelers, families—and for a moment, they'll see our name. We design for digital accessibility, but this moment reminded us that the work we do exists in the real world. Every interface we improve, every barrier we remove, affects real people going about their lives. This wouldn't have happened without Jet HR, who featured us in their latest campaign—thank you! --- Alternative text A dynamic reel showcasing the grand architecture of Milan Central Station. The video moves from the subway platform to the bustling main hall (Galleria delle carrozze), culminating in a reveal of the Accessiway brand logo featured on a massive digital billboard above the ticket office.

  • Automated audits can catch a lot, but they can't replicate a real user's experience. That lived experience isn't a bonus check on an audit list. It's the whole point. ✅ Episode 2 of 55 Barriers puts that reality on screen (in Italian and English, this time!). 💡 Alessandro Albano, Screen Reader Lead at Accessiway, navigates a website full of carefully designed images. For his screen reader, it's a blank wall. No content cues, no context. Just nothing. Our accessibility expert Margherita Scibilia breaks down why this happens and what it takes to bridge the gap. Watch the full episode ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/d4jHDPWV --- Alt text The cover page shows Alessandro Albano navigating a website on his laptop. • We brought the Accessibility Café to TRANSFORM 2026 in Berlin and what started as a simple idea became something bigger. 🎤☕ Over two days, hundreds of people stopped by.  Some came for coffee. Many stayed for the conversation. We talked about WCAG, and our team took the main stage to share what we've learned from working with organizations across Europe. The response? Energizing. 💥 The connections? Genuine. Thank you, Berlin. Let's keep the momentum going. #DigitalAccessibility #Transform2026 --- Alternative text A fast-paced highlight reel of Accessiway at the Transform 2026 event in Berlin. The video features the 'Accessibility Café' mobile coffee cart serving attendees, close-ups of digital accessibility brochures, and people networking. It includes clips of a keynote presentation on digital accessibility and WCAG guidelines by Jan Stedul, MD at Accessiway, in a light blue suit. The reel ends with a group photo on the main stage and a closing screen that says 'Thank you, Berlin!' followed by the Accessiway logo.
