Chief Data Officers used to be the curators of the "known," managing data that lived in predictable places. But AI has changed the job description. When the entire web replicates every 12 hours, the "old way" of manual oversight is a losing game. The CDO Advantage isn’t found in trying to outrun that volume; it’s found in closing the visibility gap by turning data into a real-time control plane that actually scales as fast as the machines do. Read Sol Rashidi, MBA's take on how CDOs can bridge the gap between legacy governance and AI velocity 👉 https://lnkd.in/epuVyD-8

🤖 Agentic AI isn’t just adding risk. It’s exposing what was already broken. Orphaned identities. Latent permissions. The stuff that was manageable when it was just humans. Now? Agents are finding it, using it, and working together to increase permissions to get the job done. Ash Hunt sat down with Dark Reading to break down what happens when those gaps meet autonomous systems and why identity programs need a rethink. 🎥 Watch the full interview → https://lnkd.in/eBp6CyNr

Real AI conversations > theoretical ones. That’s exactly what HumanX is built for and why Sol Rashidi, MBA is taking the stage tomorrow. 🎙️ Building Secure Systems for the AI age alongside Kara Sprague and Sophie Schmidt 📍 The Loop Theater | 2:35 - 3:00 PM The panel will be digging into what it actually takes to build secure systems for the AI age, from expanding attack surfaces to the data gaps most teams don’t see coming. If you’re at #HumanX this week, don’t miss it!

Most privacy programs weren't designed in the era of AI. ChatGPT didn't even exist when the GDPR came into effect. Built on interviews and spreadsheets, privacy programs often can’t keep up with how fast data moves, especially with AI in the mix. So when the questions come, privacy teams are left stitching together answers from outdated snapshots. That’s the gap. Today, Cyera introduces Cyera Privacy. Cyera Privacy is built on continuous data discovery and AI-native classification, so your privacy program reflects what’s actually happening. It brings DSR automation, live data mapping, assessments, consent management, and AI-powered workflows into one place, grounded in real data context. Read the blog → https://lnkd.in/esfyPypJ

🏛️ AI is already part of how federal agencies operate. The real question now: who’s in control of the data behind it? Today, Cyera reached a key milestone—FedRAMP High “In Process”! This reflects the shift we’re seeing everywhere: AI systems and agents are touching more data, more often, and most organizations aren’t in control of it. Cyera for Government is built to change that. Lamont Orange, our Chief Trust Officer, breaks down what’s changed, why it matters, and what it takes to stay in control as AI scales across federal agencies. 👉 Read his take: https://lnkd.in/geZn9BsK

Where is AI actually being used in your environment? And what data is it touching? Most teams don’t have a clear answer yet. That’s the focus of the Cyera AI Roadshow. A closer look at how data security and governance make AI something you can actually scale. See where it's happening 👉 https://lnkd.in/e6UWcUw7

For years, least privilege sounded like a solved problem. It is not. Cyera Research and Oso looked at how permissions are actually used in production. This is the first time this has been measured at this scale, not based on policy or design, but on what people actually do. Most of them are never touched. That does not make them safe. It means they are sitting there, available. People tend to ignore that excess access. Agents will not. They use what they can reach, not what people usually do. 👉 Read the full research: https://lnkd.in/eiybpSZz

A long time coming—Yonatan Itai now has the title to match the role: co-founder at Cyera 🎉 He’s been here since day zero alongside Yotam Segev and Tamar Bar-Ilan, before there was a product, a team, or even a category. From the earliest ideas to the platform hundreds of enterprises rely on today, he’s been right in the middle of it. He’s built and led the R&D org from the ground up, turning a simple sketch into something that’s reshaping how companies think about securing data and AI. It's a joy to recognize Yoni's leadership and critical role in Cyera 💜

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, one thing is clear: the future of AI will be shaped by the people building it. That's why we're partnering with Girls Who Code to help fuel the next generation of technical leaders - the ones who will shape how AI shows up in our businesses, our lives, and the world around us. Because if AI is going to be the best thing to happen to every organization, it matters who’s in the room building it. We’re proud to support who comes next!

RSAC has a way of going by fast. Somewhere between coffee at the Hyatt, long walks between meetings, and more conversations than we can count, the same theme kept coming up. AI is moving quickly. Most teams are still figuring out the data behind it. We went through 700 mochi donuts, handed out 300 Vessel plushies, and hosted dozens of theater sessions at the booth. More importantly, we had a lot of real conversations about what it actually takes to make AI work safely. If you stopped by, we’re glad you did. If we missed you, we’ll catch you soon. #RSAC2026
