Since January, Crosby has reviewed over 1,000 sales contracts for Cursor, Clay and Unify, helping the world’s fastest companies move even faster. Today, we are also announcing our $5.8m seed from Sequoia Capital and Bain Capital Ventures, with participation from the founders of Ramp, Instacart, Flatiron Health, and others. Crosby is a small, talent-dense team combining lawyers from Harvard, Stanford and Columbia law schools with engineers (all former founders!) from Ramp, Vanta, Meta and Google.
