Today, this facility brings together over 250 professionals and a strong local supply chain, supporting: • Assembly, testing and commissioning of trains, trams and metros 🏭 • Delivery of vehicles for operators across the country • Development of local industrial capabilities Our commitment continues to evolve. We are currently delivering the UK’s first trimode train fleet for London North Eastern Railway, designed to operate seamlessly across electrified and non-electrified routes. ⚡ We are also playing a major role in the modernisation of the UK’s signalling systems. CAF strengthens its presence in Serbia 🚆 🇷🇸 CAF has signed a new contract to supply 30 commuter trains to Srbijavoz, supporting the development of Belgrade’s BG Voz network. The project, worth over €300 million, also includes two years of full maintenance. CAF starts construction of new Neubeckum depot in Germany 🚆🇩🇪 CAF has officially started building its second maintenance centre in Germany. The new depot will service battery-electric trains on the RB 68 (Münster – Sendenhorst) and RB 76 (Harsewinkel – Gütersloh – Verl) lines for regional operator Nahverkehr Westfalen-Lippe (NWL), supporting the reactivation of these rail connections in Westphalia and promoting more sustainable mobility. 👈 The facility will complement the Gelsenkirchen-Bismarck depot, providing modern, efficient maintenance and full lifecycle support for the vehicles.
