We're launching Cognition for Government to modernize America’s most critical defense and civilian software with AI software engineering. Air traffic control, military readiness, weather warnings, and benefits payments all run on decades-old infrastructure. Windsurf and Devin help teams understand, migrate, and secure complex legacy codebases. Already, Cognition's platform is used by the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, NASA-JPL, Treasury Department, Palantir, and Anduril. Windsurf is FedRAMP High-authorized, and Devin is available on GovCloud with FedRAMP High coming soon. Organizations can reach us at public.sector@cognition.ai.

We are excited to announce our partnership with Endava to help enterprises move from isolated AI experimentation to governed, production-grade agentic engineering. By integrating Devin and Windsurf more deeply into Endava’s AI-native Dava.Flow™ delivery framework, we’re enabling organizations to operationalize AI agents across complex, regulated environments with consistency, transparency, and control.
We’re expanding our partnership with Cognition to help enterprises scale governed agentic software delivery. By integrating Cognition’s Devin and Windsurf platforms more deeply into Dava.Flow™️, our AI-native delivery framework, we’re helping organisations move beyond isolated agentic AI experimentation to consistent, assured execution across complex programmes. Early adoption across client projects has already delivered meaningful reductions in task cycle times, improved testing discipline and greater consistency in AI-assisted delivery. Together with Cognition, we’re helping organisations operationalise agentic engineering with confidence. Find out more: https://okt.to/bUI1AZ

Your PRs should fix themselves. With Autofix, Devin now closes the loop on its own PRs. If Devin Review or a GitHub bot flags bugs, Devin automatically fixes the PR. Devin also tackles CI/lint issues until all checks pass. To try Devin Review, visit https://devinreview.com/. You can use it on public and private PRs without connecting a GitHub account. Cognition is partnering with Cognizant, one of the world’s leading IT professional services companies. Cognizant will deploy Devin, the AI software engineer, and Windsurf, the agentic IDE, across its engineering organization and global client base, spanning healthcare, financial services, insurance, and more. We’ll embed our own team of AI experts with Cognizant to support the rollout.
What happens when software can build software? Cognizant and Cognition are partnering to bring autonomous AI engineering into the enterprise – powered by Devin, the first AI software engineer capable of handling end‑to‑end development tasks independently. By combining Devin and Windsurf with Cognizant’s delivery models and Cognizant Flowsource™, we’re helping enterprises modernize applications faster, boost engineering productivity and apply AI across code migration, testing, refactoring and ongoing operations. FE fundinfo, a leading UK-based investment data platform, is scaling engineering capacity with Devin across 1,800 repositories. Head of Engineering Richard Thorpe sees a path to 2-4x engineering capacity as Devin expands across the full SDLC. With 200+ engineers supporting 70 product types across the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific, FE fundinfo faced maintenance work, security updates, and technical debt crowding out new feature development. Early results since rolling out Devin: 10% immediate capacity increase; 3 days of QA time saved every two weeks; project planning and ticket creation done by Devin.

As engineers increasingly adopt AI coding tools in their workflows, the bottleneck is no longer writing code. It’s reviewing it. But code review tools haven’t kept up. That's why we’re launching Devin Review, a better way for engineers to quickly understand large, complex PRs. What Devin Review does differently: 1. Logical change grouping: Related code changes are grouped and ordered logically, not alphabetically and file-by-file, making large multi-file PRs easier to understand. 2. Concise summaries: Each group of code changes comes with a concise explanation of what’s happening and why. 3. Copy and move detection: Detects moved and copied code so reviewers don’t waste time reading unchanged logic. 4. High-signal bug catcher: Instead of overwhelming engineers with countless potential bugs, Devin Review labels issues by severity and confidence—red (pay attention), orange (take a look), gray (FYI). 5. Interactive chat: Ask Devin questions about your PR and get codebase-grounded answers. Devin Review is currently free and works on both public and private GitHub PRs! Try it without an account at devinreview.com. We built Devin Review to scale code review in the age of AI, and we’re excited to hear what you think. Check out the blog post and docs in the comments for more details.
