Côte d’Ivoire’s fourth action plan enhanced civic participation in assessing public services, advancing environmental governance, and notably led to the launch of the country’s first National Anti-Corruption Strategy which is to be implemented in partnership with civil society, the private sector, and the public.
To develop its next OGP action plan, Albania could consider improving transparency of the co-creation process, deepen and strengthen capacity for civil society participation, and involve Parliament and the justice sector. The plan could include anti-corruption and citizen participation measures, commitments on open justice and parliament, and public administration reform.
