1. Customers who purchased any HONOR product have the right to exchange or return the products for any reason (even if there is no defect in the products) during the offer period in the Saudi Arabia.

2. This service is valid for devices purchased during the period from 15 September, 2025 to 30 September, 2025.

3. The exchange is valid within 14 days from the date of purchase, even if the purchase was made on the last day of the offer (30-9-2025).

4. This offer applies to all HONOR products.

5. For devices intended for exchange or return, the following points must be taken into cconsideration before starting the exchange or return process:

· The device must be replaced within 14 days from the date of purchase (as per POP).

· The device must appear as new and free of any damage (scratches/dents/bends).

· The device box, all its accessories (charger cable/other accessories) and gifts must be in good condition without any damage.

· Customers can get a refund if they fulfill the previous terms and conditions.

6. This offer is valid until 30 September 2025.
