1.Customers who purchased Honor 400 series smart phone have the right to exchange or return the device for any reason (even if there is no defect in the device) during the offer period in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2.This service is valid for devices purchased during the period from 21/05/2025 to 10/31/2025.

3.The exchange is valid within 14 days from the date of purchase, even if the purchase was made on the last day of the offer (10/31/2025).

4.This offer applies only to Honor 400 series.

5.For devices intended for exchange or return, the following points must be taken into consideration before starting the exchange or return process:

- The device must be replaced within 14 days from the date of purchase (as per POP).

- The device must appear as new and free of any damage (scratches/dents/bends).

- The device box, all its accessories (charger cable/other accessories) and gifts must be in good condition without any damage.

- The customer can get a refund if he fulfills the previous terms and conditions
