Synopsis: An Imperial Naval Intelligence agent is killed in Cherbourg, and Master Sir James Zwinge, Chief Forensic Sorcerer for the City of London, is killed while at the Triennial Convention of Healers and Sorcerers.The arrest of Master Sean O'Lochlainn for the second murder brings Lord Darcy to London to investigate.
