It is a nursery rhyme that always appealed to me. There are many alder trees on the edge of the moor. Hills have always been important in Celtic legend. The hollow hill is a feature of the landscape to go around, not over, especially at night.

Synopsis: picture itself reads "There was an old woman lived under a hill & if she's not gone she lives there still."
