"Ginn and Heath" (not in the database, end 2017) for some time to 1885, when partner Daniel Collamore Heath established D. C. Heath & Co. and Company (see the latter) American publishers Silver Burdett (from 1888, Silver Burdett Press) and Ginn & Company (older), both known for elementary school textbooks, were merged by Simon & Schuster as the imprint Silver Burdett Ginn, after Simon & Schuster acquired the former in 1986.
