The letter section is titled "The Mortal Storm" and contains the pages numbered Axxx. The section titled "The Back of the Book" contains the pages numbered Bxxx. The page numbering occurred because of piecemeal submission of the parts. Cover art has initials "JAK", but is otherwise unattributed. Interior art on page BG is signed "Cochran". Back cover is unnumbered and is an advertisement.
