There are indecipherable initials on some pieces of artwork which appear to be an 'in' or 'im' nearly encircled by a C. "Vanished Civilizations" is not in the table of contents. The Beecham signature on page 84 is blurred. The signature for the artwork for "John Jones's Dollar" is indecipherable but bears a significant resemblance to the more readable signature for "Hard Guy".
