Notes: Price raised to $9.95 after 5/31/1979. The copyright page states that 475 copies were printed and bound using a thermal binding process. It further states that 25 numbered copies were bound in vinyl-clad hardcover with 2 copies for the author, 2 for the publisher and one to Jack Spear. The remainder would be offered for sale under ISBN 0-88358-126-4 at $15.00. Chalker/Owings states that the actual number printed is 371 and that only 150 or so were ever bound with the remaining sheets discarded. They continue to state that the announced hardcover was never done. Chalker/Owings also states that all Mirage copies are numbered 188 of 450 which is the number of Chalker's original copy from which this edition was done. The Eney introduction is not titled.
