Notes: Second binding. According to Currey, the publisher states that approximately 400 copies (total) were printed, 200 of which were bound with the remainder later destroyed. According to "Daddy!" by Jack L. Chalker in Fantasy Newsletter No. 61, August 1983, 500 copies were printed; second binding was 100 copies in white. Chalker also notes that "the typographical errors were legion", and an errata sheet was laid in each book.
