Cabell's original title for the novel is Domnei, though it's first publication was as the Soul of Melicent. In this publication the original title is restored. Subtitle of Domnei is "A Comedy of Woman-Worship". Subtitle of "The Music from Behind the Moon" is "Another Comedy of Woman-Worship". The cover lists the title as simply "Domnei". Map by Peter Koch is dated 28. Appears in all second printings in Del Rey series. Unknown when first published (not necessarily first printing), so attributing to this publication.
