Notes: Publisher not stated. Tuck gives the publisher as "Anon Pub. [L. A. Eshbach]" and L. W. Currey states "300 copies published anonymously without authorization circa 1955 by Lloyd A. Eshbach. Note: Henry Hardy Heins reports 'a still earlier anonymously produced hectograph-type booklet of 102 pages, dated Feb. 1953'." Tuck and Currey use the word "offset" to describe the publication, and binding is not specified by Tuck, Currey states "Wrappers", which could be anything from a pamphlet to a bound paperback. A Heritage Auction describes it as staplebound in wrappers, hectographed with pages approximately 8.5" x 11".
