Known for his large scale environmental installations, Christo redefines the way we interact with art. In 1969 Christo traveled to Australia where he wrapped a mile and a half of the continental coastline in mesmerizing synthetic fabric. The artists creations consistently inspire a strong response and encourage us to think about the spaces we occupy and what they mean to our everyday lives.
