Myra Tripp is a young girl and a horror movie fanatic on the precipice of womanhood. Having lost her parents at a young age, she has relied on her older sister as a guide for most of her life but lately she has found herself feeling disconnected. Luckily for her, she soon finds a new guide in the form of an imaginary friend - an imaginary friend that takes the form of her favorite horror actor. Unluckily for everyone else, Myra's imaginary friend instructs her on the finer points of mass murder.
