Follows the story of Wyatt Heyll's penultimate journey through Purgatory as he attempts to set himself free from the clutches of his parents. As Wyatt journeys through Purgatory, players come to learn of his constant and never-ending journeys to Purgatory in order to find a cure for all his ailments as instructed by his parents. However, Wyatt seeks to set himself free and end his everlasting torment once and for all, much to the behest of his parents.
