Synopsis:
In the darkness of Florence a mysterious killer has just raped and killed a child. The police suspects that the killer is Sen Palminiello and Sig. Gaeta convinces his son Richard, a young lawyer, to defend him. Investigating on this case, Richard is working between murders and clues in costant contradiction. The meeting with the beautiful reporter Giulia and also the arrival of some mysterious letters confuse him more and more. As Richard has grown up in a family without moral values, in this delicate moment he is fighting to try to understand in which way he should find his own way out and carry on his life.

All'ombra della meravigliosa Firenze un misterioso killer ha appena stuprato ed ucciso una bambina. Spinto dal padre, il giovane avvocato Riccardo Gaeta assume la difesa del senatore Palminiello, il corrotto e potente uomo politico su cui si stanno focalizzando le indagini della polizia. Alla ricerca della verità, Riccardo dovrà districarsi tra omicidi ed indizi in continua contraddizione. L'incontro con la bella giornalista Giulia e l'arrivo di alcune misteriose lettere catapulteranno il nostro protagonista in un vortice capace di risucchiare tutto, in cui niente è quel che sembra. Riccardo, cresciuto in una famiglia priva di valori, si ritroverà ad affrontare una profonda crisi di coscienza da cui solo l'amore lo potrà salvare.
