Pour la cause (For the Cause) tells the story of Karim, a Palestinian man and Sirine, a French woman who have to cross the border from Morocco to Algeria to join their music band and give a concert in Oran. Because of the absurdity of the rules surrounding crossing the nations' borders, they will find themselves trapped on a bridge in the middle of no man's land
