Previously, Malkoff worked as a science & technology reporter for KCBS-TV/KCAL-TV and KTLA-TV in Los Angeles. In 2010, he covered the end of Operation Iraqi Freedom and he produced and anchored an Emmy Award winning documentary and reported live from 20 locations around Iraq. Malkoff’s career in television spans nearly 20 years and has taken him from newsrooms in his hometown of Youngstown, OH to Columbus, Illinois, Las Vegas, Miami and San Francisco.
