During four years (2004-2009) a film crew underwent extreme danger to follow the covert tactics and operations of the São Paulo Anti-Kidnap Division. Throughout these four years, over 400 people were kidnapped in the State, and over 1,500 in the country of Brazil. Unique footage of police negotiations, family dramas, ransom operations, kidnappers and victims come together to reveal what life is like in Latin America's largest city.
