This has to be the most souless dumb and ridiculous movies I've seen in ages. My son made us watch it as he saw a 2 minute clip on a social media site. This was the first 2 minutes of the moviw and was by far the funniest bit in the whole of the 94 excrutiating cringe worthy moments of the rest of the film.
It's as if they should have had a sign flash up on screen saying, THIS IS FUNNY< LAUGH NOW! Or THIS IS OFFENSIVE< BE OFFENDED NOW!
All this is bad enough but then we have Netflix who as usual are too Ffin lazy to subtitle the mandarin seaking bits(of which there are many) so we just have to guess by the over the top reactions as to what might be being said.
There is absolutely no way that the rating of 6.4 is genuine as the movie made a dismall $15.9m return worldwide on it's opening week and went on to do worse week by week so can only friends, family and fools leaving anything over a 5 for this rubbish!
To prove the ratings are made up, look at all the high ones and you'll see how many thumbs down they get compared to the negative reviews.

Not satisfied with ruining his own movies with just his incredibly bad acting,Shayamalan has used nepotism to wedge his daughter into this to show off her "talents" in this family self promotion.
Seriously, could have been an ok movie but so many stupid uneccessary and unbelivabe scenes. The whole conversation with his wife at the end is so contrived!
Now back to Saleka the daughter of the maker of this mess. Yes she can sing a bit and yes she can dance -a bit but acting!? Let's be kind and say it's twice as good as her dad's! To put that into perspective that at decent "B" movie level!
And lastly, the worst actor award has to go to the old FBI profiler woman, who was as much annoying as she was bad!
