I am a bit suprised at so many bad reviews. I personally felt that this was a very well made, thoughtful production about an insecure and lonely woman who was open to manipulation by a very clever narcissist. She was a woman with bad anxiety issues, desperate to be cared for since the loss of her father, the one person she loved and trusted. Ultimately the story was about trust, and she had not trusted anyone other than her late father. When Joe comes along, she is initially uncertain about him but such is his skill of manipulation she quickly falls for him. Yes there are many red flag instances where many think she should have been aware that she was being strung along with lie after lie, but i think she was mixed up and not thinking properly, just enjoying his company and feeling appreciated.

This was well written and well acted. It was a warning to women not to be taken in by manipulators and there are many of them out there. Its a heartbreaking story but its worth a watch.

Channel 5 have come up with some really poor dramas in recent years, and this has surely got to be, in my humble opinion, the very worst of them.

It is so poorly executed, I had guessed the outcome after about 15 minutes, Every scene was so contrived, it became very embarrassing to watch.

I dont know why I stuck with it after the first episode, possibly to see if it improved any, but it just got worse.

Every character in this was so miserable, there was no one with any redeeming qualities that would make you want to show an interest in them. The female lead character was so glum and obnoxious, I couldn't care less what happened to her. The whole story was ridiculous, definitely the worst "drama" I have seen in recent years.

If you love non-stop action in your movies then you wil love this. It is unrelenting. In the style of John Wick, only with more weaponry, the body count soon piles up. It's one of those movies where you really need to turn your brain off for the duration and just enjoy the action, as there is basically very little story line, just blood splatter and vehicles and helicopters getting blown up in a variety of ways.

It is great entertainment, but certainly not for the faint hearted. Its not going to win any oscars for dramatic storylines, but the non stop action wil have you glued to the screen. All in all, a very enjoyable 2 hours.
