The story starts off with an explanation of Marie Antoinette and Lady Oscar, but as the story progresses the audience is introduced to two more characters, Count Fersen and Andre, whom later in turn becomes Lady Oscar's husband.
The anime it self feels kind of rushed and there's too much singing, and in the case of sparing us an entire series, they felt it best to make it into a movie, which granted the quality and art style is magnificent to say that film follows the 17th century style, from the styles of gold and jewels, and the many 18th century paintings of Versailles and Pairs.
The anime works well with covering the beauty of Paris is beautiful.
The film is good and a little rushed but in the end in captures the French experience and the history of the revolution.

Funny all around the board! A great deal of character development! Awkwafina and Sandra Oh are a great comedic duo! As usual Awkwafina brings laughs to her characters as usual. As well as Sandra Oh. The message that the film depicts that not all things in life are enjoyed from winning or losing alone. It's all about enjoying the moment and what's to come along with the moment.
Rest In Peace to the legendary Paul Reubens for appearing as a cameo for co-star Holland Taylor, real special tear jerker moment for all who saw this movie. All in all, perfect performance from all actors and great comedy points! Would definitely recommend.
