Another sequel, or whatever we want to call it.
The idea is not bad, it's a shame the script isn't better. Unfortunately, they failed to use the potential.
Negan is a really interesting character and he "carries" this series. Almost everything else is hilarious and uninteresting.
Starting from the team called "New Babylon" and their hilarious "leaders" to the character called The Dama.
If civilization collapsed, does anyone really think these characters would have any authority. Of course not. One of the most hilarious characters is the "governor" of New Babylon and the so-called Major Lucia Narvaez. The series has turned into a parody.
Characters like Negan and The Croat (who is also a parody) could have some authority, and not some old woman trying to look tough. Pure comedy.
Also, the parts with Maggie are boring, recycling the same thing to the point that it has become unwatchable. It would be better if Negan was simply the main character and the plot revolved around him.
No matter how hard the writers try to portray Maggie as some kind of tough character, it just doesn't work, because even in a show like this there has to be a certain amount of reality. And let's not even talk about the so-called "governor" and the so-called Major Lucia Narvaez. Hilarious.
The idea is solid, but the script is too reminiscent of the "modern film industry". Too bad, this series had potential.

Well, some parts are fun, some are irritating.
Murderbot is an interesting idea and the casting for the main character is excellent. Alexander Skarsgård did a good job.
David Dastmalchian is also an excellent choice for the role of Gurathin.
The script itself would be better if some of the characters were not there, it is obvious that they were added because nowadays you can hardly make anything without certain requirements of the "modern film industry". It only lowers the impression of the whole series.
The series has some fun parts, the main character is not bad, and the direction is good, there is no unnecessary "shaky camera", so at least some things are good.
The humor is sometimes solid, and sometimes forced, as are some of the characters.
The whole atmosphere of some kind of "hippie commune" is completely missed and irritating. I understand that this is some kind of satire, but it is all getting tedious.
The series is not a complete waste of time, unlike most of today's films and series.
In short, some parts are good, some are bad, it's a shame the writers couldn't hold back from the "lessons".

The long-awaited sequel to Dexter is unfortunately just another disappointment.
The writers are no longer interested in how to create an intriguing story and entertain the viewer, they are busy with other things.
Most series and movies have become just long sermons that cause the opposite effect of the one the writers want to achieve. Unfortunately, this series also falls into that category.
The first episode was not promising, but the second is a real parody. When a new villain, a new serial killer, enters the scene, it becomes obvious that this is another "modern movie production". The dialogue between him and his victim is hilarious. Not that other dialogues are better, but this one is a real parody. If nothing else, at least we can laugh.
The police detective duo, male and female, also fit nicely into the whole parody, as the incompetent (of course) new sheriff in the town where Dexter used to live. Add Harrison's love interest to the mix and that's it, the comedy is complete.
We watch series and movies for entertainment, not for "lessons". But hey, here at least we see at the beginning how things will turn out, so at least we are spared from wasting time, and we can at least give up at the beginning.
It's a shame, I really thought this would be better, so I'm giving up because I don't want to waste time on something that wasn't made to entertain the viewer.
Everything has become predictable, the good guys, the bad guys, there's simply no point in wasting time anymore.
Another failure of the "modern entertainment industry" that has almost nothing to do with entertainment anymore.
