A thrilling and true movie. A must see. The life of Neil Armstrong is really well described and telled, with the emphasis on his personality and relationship with his family which is quite rare in "space" movies. Pictures are beautiful, and I have to insist on the use of reccurent first person shot or "fpv view" which makes us feels in first hand what this astronaut must have lived in the moments we all still remember. All the difficulties, the great and more often the bad moments. Go watch it you will not be disappointed!

This movie is by all means different of the others westerns movies you could have seen. It is funny by moments, rough by moments, calm maybe too calm sometimes. But the story is great and entertaining, and the actors are just a perfect fit. Cinematography is also great and it made us feels like we are with them!

This is my first review on Imdb. I feeled the urge to post it after seeing the bad reviews I read.

This movie is quite a masterpiece, it is for me the best movie of this year. It has everything you want : the story comes from a true one and will let you think a lot on your own even after the movie ends. The cinematography is beautiful, Max Richter for the music lets you speechless and thinking what would have been your call if you were at the place of white boy Rick... Mc Conaughey shows one more time that he is one of the best actor of this last 10 years, a classic top of the class Mc Conaughey In this movie. And I couldn't finish this review without talking about Richie Merritt that plays his first role in this movie. I think only one sentence can describe it, he is not an actor, he is white boy Rick! Pure performance.

Go watch this movie without an ounce of hesitation.
