If this podcast has crimes that occured that you never have heard of, there is a reason. These crimes are 100% AI generated and not True Crime at all.
The creator of a viral "true crime" series where the murders were all invented by AI explains how he did it to 404 Media
He started out making parody Hallmark Christmas movies, which did poorly.
During lockdowns, his family watched Dateline, which he tired of, but gave him the idea to create his own "True Crime" series.
After the failure of his Hallmark Parodys, he decided to label his AI generated fiction as True Crime and they succeeded.
The stories may be interesting, but the deception by the creator should be known.

Sadly, this could have been a great series. The transitions, which are many and often, feels and plays like an amateur screensaver or DIY anniversary celebration video for your parents or grandparents.
At times, the video scenes the director and videographer recreates literally will make you dizzy. For example, episode one's running scene when Churchill's father is on his death bed.
What a terrible waste of a good script.

Nice movie of a story your elder uncle may have told you, brought to the screen. Unnecessary love sub plot (not gonna tell you how it turns out cause honestly, I'm not sure myself.) Goofy side deputy, lacking the antics of Barney Fife and more of a aloof 5th grade science teacher. I'm giving it a five stars because I like uncle stories. I honestly think this movie was only made so someone with an antique car collection could have a movie they were in. I spent most of this movie thinking about how much David Arquette is aging/morphing into James Cromwell. ;)
