Movie about a femme fatale and a reporter. Did she do it or not? How can the reporter use her influence to affect the outcome? Adding another layer, the accused has begun dating (and married!) the reporter's widower father. While the reporter struggles with balancing her professional life and personal life with her fiancé, it seems she becomes jealous of the accused as she seems to make being in a relationship seem easy, further clouding the reporters judgement.
I was engaged throughout the movie trying to guess the ending. Though I enjoyed the ending, I think it seemed a bit rushed and could of been expanded on to make all parts more clear.
Overall I enjoyed this film and recommend giving it a watch.

The show was good overall and worth a watch. However there were a few issues that held the show back from getting to the next level. I feel like the last 4 episodes were kind of unnecessary. They could of stopped the series halfway and I would of still enjoyed it. The villain's logic was flawed and the way the killer was brought to justice was lazy writing. The show seemed to drag a bit from time to time within episodes too.
There was a lot of positives though. Without giving too much away, I liked some of the motives to the villains. It seemed as a way to help redeem them in some way. Some of the twists were creative with a good storyline.

No common sense is used throughout the movie. The characters are afraid to do the right thing because the media tells them that if they are black and encounter the police, they will be shot. I wish Hollywood could create movies for black actors/actresses where the story isn't about "the struggle".
