Since the movie take aim at inglorious Basterds it could have gotten more crazy than it is. It starts with a really great opening scene which unfortunately also is the best in the entire movie. After that it gets pretty predictable, few funny moments here and there but not even close to inglorious. It's still a movie worth seeing.
Acting is pretty solid, it's a funny team but perhaps too much focus on the girl. A few more German encounters on the way and perhaps a better ending would have made this more solid.
Guy Ritchie definitely have the potential to make such a film alot more crazy when it's outside the historical fact checks. Perhaps another try will be even better.

I want to focus on the fact that this serie really catches the horrible moments of war in such a way I think noone can go away untouched. The screams are just horrific, If I didn't know it was on TV I could swear it was real.
I have to say it's really well made, great acting from everyone. And the fact I finished this before even thinking of looking at the last of us says it all.
This isn't an American production where everyone is cool and wounds are no match.
France has done it, it's horrific and tense, but you just need to watch to the end. Not sure you feel any better, but you definitely feel something.

Kind of surprised by the low score. This is really good. Great actors, interesting story. Perhaps not especially realistic story but the production is very good overall. I couldn't stop watching.
