This movie had the potential to be the game changer, just falls short, but still, engages you throughout it's runtime
Dhanush is literally the heart and soul of the movie, he has literally put up a acting masterclass, be it the expressions, mannerisms or dialogue delivery, everything is on point, simply outstanding. Nagarjuna shines as Deepak, a breath of fresh air from his usual hero roles, Jim Sarbh was terrific as Neeraj, his Telugu dubbing and lip sync was spot on, Rashmika does well in her limited yet good role.
Technically, movie is vibrant and colourful, thanks to cinematographer Niketh Bommi, each and every scene was shot in real time locations, a rarity these days, credit goes to Art director Thota Tharani, editing by Karthika Srinivas could have been better, movie feels so long and sometimes restless too, DSP music is decent, but his BGM is the real deal, showed great variation throughout the movie, still showing that he's the OG Coming to writer director Sekhar Kammula, his writing could have been better, especially the second half and climax, which felt underwhelming, direction is very good, keeps the audience hooked to the screen as long as the movie goes.
BOTTOMLINE: NOT A MASTERPIECE, STILL ENJOYABLE THUMBS 👍

As expected, the movie is more of a brutal action thriller with survival element, than a procedural investigative thriller, so yeah, that's bit disappointing
I had so many apprehensions about Nani's portrayal in this movie, but surprisingly, he's the major asset of the film, he get the attitude and pitch of the character right, though lacks the physique to make those action scenes look believable, nothing much to speak about rest of the cast
First half is good, keeps you hooked throughout, despite the lack of high. But the second half is a bummer, becoming a survival drama with heavy dose of violence, and one too many cameos
Technically, movie lacks technical finesse, cinematography by Sanu Varghese is so shaky in those action scenes, which already look so routine and nothing outstanding, second half needed some editing by Karthika Srinivas, music and BGM by Mickey are generic and Dull.
Coming to Sailesh Kolanu, his major strengths are attention to details in those investigations, sadly he deviated from them since Saindhav and HIT 3 suffers the same fate
BOTTOMLINE: WATCH FOR NANI WITH EXPECTATIONS IN CHECK.

Nothing new, nothing extraordinary, nothing out of world, yet the movie works, thanks to the relatable content and presentation.
Pradeep Ranganathan fits the bill perfectly, it's a tailor made role for him and breezes through the proceedings with ease, with the emotional scenes being the standouts. Anupama and Kadayu get small roles, but effective, so are others, George and Mysskin score well among all.
Technically, songs aren't as effective from Leon James, definitely needed a chartbuster album, so is the BGM, camera work is fine, but movie needs editing of at least 15 minutes, feels lengthy in the 2nd half. Production values fine by AGS, dubbing is adequate.
Coming to Ashwin Marimuthu, his second movie is similar to his first, Oh My Kadavule, it's all about second chance in life, albeit in a different setup and he makes sure that the predictability is covered by his direction.
BOTTOMLINE : Go for it in a Full packed or at least in a theatre with decent crowd.
