Anyone here a Starcraft game fan? This episode was just like playing Starcraft's custom map game modes like Tower Defense lol.
For anyone not knowing what Starcraft is.. its a world famous PC game first created in 1998 and had multiple expansions since in the franchise game. They had the Mecha machinese called Goliaths that looks exactly like this almost.
Anyway only thing missing is the heroes getting upgrades after many kills lol.
I seen ppl mention they wished there was a game like this so it made me think of writing about the similarities to Starcraft and its custom maps mode Tower defense. Theres actually many games in the app store for phones that is like this show where u got 1 unit defending against nonstop waves of creatures or armies.
Loved the creative episode!

Whether you liked it or hated the film I feel no one will forget it! The performances by the little girl Alisha Weir was amazing OMG! Normally you see kids in movies & they are playing the cute & timid weak roles or they play the annoying brats but in this film she was the star front & centre not cuz of the script but because of her extraordinary acting to sell her role & character impressively with her facial expressions & line deliveries as well as body language in her scenes. For a kid this young she definitely has proven to the world that she has a very bright future ahead of her if given the right roles & opportunities we could very well be looking at a future award winning actress when she gets older.
Now the film I feel it provided viewers with something new where its not a story thats been repeated many times throughout the years. The Cinematography, visuals, camera angles were excellent & on point, as well as the choice of background music at times enhanced the scenes feel perfectly too. The special effects were pretty good & the choice of the setting was insane! They made the manor look so grand on the inside with each location of the scenes looking very distinct & unique to set them each apart from the feel & the looks of it. The grandness was exceptionally highlighted by the exquisite arts & designs to replicate a meshed up feel of 15th-18th century crossing with a more modern look to it and the end result created stunningly visuals for all viewers to enjoy.
The supporting cast provided a very entertaining & short interactions that didn't feel to dragged or forced. I believe everyone contributed their fair share & did well. Their wasn't really much room for growth for every character but personally for me Melissa Barrera & Kathryn Newton performed very convincingly in moments of being scared, surprised & in horror & it meshed well with Alisha Weirs character in their overlapping scenes. Kevin Durand & Angus Cloud really sold their roles very well too even though they had very short amounts of lines but 1 look at their performances & you would actually believe 100% what they trying to convey to the viewers of who/how their characters are. Dan Stevens role was pretty straight forward but you know he did a great job cuz any less of a performance by someone else replacing him would have made the character seemed like a joke or fake. Their were moments where he really excelled in showcasing his acting during the movie even though they seem short in the scenes.
I'm sure some people out there who may think averagely of all these supporting actors/actresses due to the little wiggle room possible in each of their roles but one only needs to think about bad movies they've seen where actors/actresses portrayed their characters terrible in line delivery, facial expressions & body language & you would easily see why I felt all of these people did a good job in selling their roles in supporting Alisha Weir in her stellar performance.

Episode was going a averagely honestly until the shows writer & creators decided to take a cheap shot at Jeet Kune Do which obviously was meant as a direct attack on Bruce Lee for his value n worth to Chinese people around the world. Its actually far to common to see random Japanese animes take shots at anything to do with Chinese culture whether its someone famous, historical figures or China itself. Maybe normal people will dismiss it as nothing serious or spiteful but thats probably going to be people who aren't Chinese themselves so they have a very low lack of understanding of how deep the animosity & hatred runs between China & Japan, Chinese & Japanese, well infact lots of asian ethnicities despise Japanese for WW2, especially the Koreans do.
This type of behaviour also happened in another anime I recently watched called Baki Hanma, where their was a tournament of 8 fights and the Chinese fighters all lost theirs to a Japanese fighter. Theirs a reason why famous Japanese black belt martial artists chose to study under Bruce Lee & take him as a master.

I really disliked the storyline in this movie because it goes against everything that Ultraman is suppose to stand for and do throughout all the Ultraman Films and the anime itself, but the animation was good but definitely not better then the Netflix Ultraman anime thats for sure. If you had to compare it...you could tell this films animation was made to look kid friendly PG13, while the animation in the anime was meant to be more rated teen, kinda like comparing Barney with Jurassic Park lol or Captain Planet with X-Men, the differences are huge and noticable. See the story is about Ultraman trying to protect Kaiju's lol... ridiculous as it sounds.. I kean sure in the anime they also protected alien monsters but only the good and civil ones, while killing the bad ones but in this film Ultraman is literallly trying to save even Kaijus that just attacked and wreaked havoc on the cities and people. Ultraman is giving rights to mindless monsters that just destroyed and killed.. rights to protect their lives from excessive force lmao .. honestly this film was a joke.. I know it has good ratings by ppl but most of the ppl commenting don't seem to be long time fans of the franchise.. so they may understand less about the contradictions and ridiculousness of the plot of this film,
So it looks like they will be trying to make a followup film judging by the ending... but so I don't ruin it for people I will just say it seems very predictable what the next plot might be about... for anyone who watched the special ending credits scene that appears I will just say I bet you the next film will be about Kaiju Island lol... lets just say its where he will find what hes searching for. I could picture it now its gonna be a copycat story of that new Godzilla Vs Kong: The New Empire Movie.

Love movies don't make up even 5-10% of what I normally watch but I really enjoyed this film. I see many jokes about plastic surgery as if they're so rarely seen in society like CD players? They're also complaints about chemistry between Nicole Kidman & Zac Effron all solely focused on the age gaps majority wise. Lets be real here people, in society we have older men date younger women all the time so why is it so weird when its reversed? Seems like a very sexist opinion thats probably mostly from biased women? Weird right? Its always mostly women that attack women in this day age when it comes to age gap relationships or just on what they feel is a "proper acceptable relationship partner". Don't believe me? Just ask any female do they get more hate from women or men in life? They will all say women & going through the reviews its mostly women also rating it 1/10.
Why does Zac Effron need perfect chemistry with Nicole Kidman? Sounds like something only unhappy ppl, who needs their fairytale dreams to appear on screen to keep their hopes alive & believe that love exists only for perfect chemistry ppl of relatively the same age groups? They complain its not realistic of how they fall in love lol as if they themselves all know many rich famous actors n know 100% how their love lives play out? In the real world theirs a much higher percentage of couples in love who don't possess perfect chemistry than the ones who do. Many people judge the chemistry solely on the looks of Nicole Kidman with Zac Effron without understanding that quite often opposites attract. You don't need perfect chemistry to be the most in love, you don't need perfect chemistry to even be in love.
This film showcases a successful actor who behaves childish & selfish & yet at the same time shows how lonely & how pitiful he is that he's never been able to be himself for his acting in films also led to him acting in his daily life until he meets a much more older & mature & totally opposite in nature woman who is able to bring him out of his own self imposed walls of solitude. It shows him able to let his guard down to be himself & show that theirs more to him then his childish behaviours n selfish expectations. It shows a mother whois heartbroken & scarred from losing her husband & raising a daughter on her own & suddenly finding love. Theirs lots of single mothers out there who probs can relate as they find it hard to date again & think they will be lonely for the rest of their lives but meeting love one day again. Most older men like younger women while you get many younger men attracted to older women. Its no secret honestly & its something society likes to shun to make women feel bad for liking younger men but yet they accept older men going for much younger women.
I found lots of funny moments in this film, I thought the acting was great by all main characters involved & for those that think Nicole Kidmans character doesn't meet their expectations of how she should act? Well not all women act the same way in the same given situation. Its ridiculous to say oh she doesnt seem to act like shes in love when many ppl in real life express themselves while in love in different ways.

I must say this film had me fooled after reading the film description and it had me thinking it was like gonna involve more action and violence and stuff. As the film carried on I thought omg this is actually a slow burn movie and at times I thought about just giving up and stopping to watch it but I have a tendency to be very irritated wondering how something ends regardless if its good or bad. So anyway I was very glad I kept watching because what it lacks in action & excitement it makes up with intrigue & mystery and it kinda makes you wonder theirs gotta be more to this film then just so much talking lol. Its filmed nicely and the plot was written so very well that even for me where I normally get bored of movies with no action or excitement and yet even I must admit how amazing this film turned out to be. The acting was very good by the main character, it was such an impressive performance for someone to just talk, talk and talk so much without doing much at all and still make a film so successful lol. To be clear its not a film for everyone, so if you could resist the urge to giveup halfway and watch it through till the end you I believe most people might just be as shocked as I was at how good it turned out to be.
While maybe giving it a 10 is going overboard but I have always loved the Godzilla & King King universe & the epic monster battles & all that but its probably more overboard for ppl rating it a 3? 4? Wtf lol? Im guessin these are the ppl that wanted lots of dialogue filled plots & some romance to top it off or maybe they are the ones who want everything to make sense scientifically? I read some comments mention about the powers of the Iwi ppl being weird & illogical & unrealistic & another complained that the tribe being secretive made no sense cuz they said ppl on Earth already know of their existence just cuz they know of that little girl.. clearly they didn't pay attention cuz the little girl was from Kongs island & Monarch & whatever agencies it shared info with knows of her existence but no one knew her ppl were from Hollow Earth?? Literally we just found that out this movie lol.
The Fight scenes were amazing! The quality of the scenaries in subterranea Hollow Earth was beautiful & majestic. I mean I duno about all of you but I watched this film for Godzilla & King Kong & other Titans or monsters & this whole movie had so much action & monsters then past movies, so how can anyone be upset? 1 of the fight scenes in the city reminded me of 2 childhood games I use to play in the arcade called "King of Monsters" & another game was called "Rampage" due to the destruction happening & just the way the fights looked. I could be wrong but I think more of the cities got destroyed during the battles in this film than in the past other films so that was cool!
Honestly if you wanta watch lots of dialogues & complex plots then don't watch Godzilla or King Kong films cuz most ppl watch it to see Kaijus fight lol, not for deep thought scripted plots. Okay maybe I was bias in giving a 10 stars rating due to how much I loved the monster fight scenes n the amazing quality of all CGI graphics for the sceneries, but even still it should still get at least an 8 stars & not some ridiculous ratings of 1-5 stars that some wackos have been giving this film & especially the 1 person who called this a B-movie like wtf u smoking? What B grade movie have CGI quality like this film?
The amount of ppl rating 1's expecting the film to make sense in their minds but what sense does it make of a Godzilla monster existing & a giant ape too thats fighting other insane, crazy Kaijus? How can it make sense if its illogical? Illogical cause it cant happen according to our science & history right? That none of them exist at all or that there is no Hollow Earth at all so if thats the case then don't watch Marvel & DC movies either or any movie thats Sci-Fi lol cuz they cant make logical sense since the science is flawed behind it. Better yet don't watch even movies like Aliens stuff cuz Aliens don't exist right since we have never seen one before? Their cant be no warp engines either cuz its not scientifically possible lol. You watch a movie to relax & enjoy, not to overthink everything especially when the point of this film is Kaijus fighting so who cares about anything else? Especially the ppl who compare films & say oh this has been done or that has been done its like who cares? You should judge a movie based on itself & not caring if other movies are similar especially when whiners complain "Kaijus fighting Kaijus" has been done alot before smh when if u wanta nitpick like that then dont watch Marvel & DC cuz superheros been done alot? Dont watch aliens films cuz aliens have been done alot? How about don't watch about cars racing or gangster movies cuz they all been done alot while your at it sheesh.

You know when this started I had lots of doubts and worries because Live action Anime Adaptations usually suck and they usually are terribly produced, But watching 2 Episodes in so far.. or well 1 n half actually lol and I thought this is such an insane Anime adapted series is so Good!! So when I found this series I thought aww damnit its in Korean.. n produced by koreans.. nothing against them and all but its a Japanese anime so you kinda wonder how could they do it justice really???????? I dont think I have ever seen a film or show that adapted it from another country and did it this impressively and quite frankly I dont think the Japanese could have done it as good as these Koreans have. Korean films n drama have been renowned in the last 10 years with Kpop also becoming a huge worldwide thing, Korean cinema has been impressively improving many folds every year that its become probably ranked top 3 worldwide in quality & fandom after American Hollywood & than United Kingdom British stuff, so I would have not doubted the Koreans ability at all if it wasnt for the series being about an anime.
So anyway the graphics are amazing!! Its so crisp and clear & it can honestly match Hollywood in how realistic it looks when the aliens show themselves and fight. Japanese Live anime adaptations usually are a hit or miss in where they either have good acting n bad graphics quality or vice versa, But this Korean one has great acting and great quality CGI/VFX. I Read some online reviews knocking their graphics on looking fake or bad and I thought these websites are out kf their minds!? Its like have they even seen much Live Anime adaptations? For these ppl to act as if this is some C grade Hollywod movies... its ridiculous!! Sure its not quality like Transformers films or James Cameron Avatar film or Star Wars films but why would anyone even compare it to them? Those are all insane high budget films and this Parasyte Grey is a Tv series.
Some other complaints I read from people were about the pacing being to slow, they expected much more monster battles per episode without even understanding the simple fact its a Tv series ppl! They can't give you movie quality lengthy battles lol. I just think ppl tend to forget this is not a hollywood series so maybe these ppl are unfamiliar with how asian series tend to be or specifically Korean ones possibly? I think some people were also dissapointedthat the main anime character is not the lead character in this series and thats okay really cause in the Anime and now this live action series they tell you that the aliens appeared all over the world so whatever happens in the Anime is somewhere else, while this series plot is in Korea, their is no contradiction at all and you could consider it as an expansion side story to the anime if u like cuz I know many ppl for sure have at one point wondered "How everyone else is doing in the world vs this threat?" and now we got our answer! Maybe next time they do an American one lol. If I was to add a complaint it would be the main character, I feel like she is written to be.. to quiet?? To timid?? I just feel most ppl in her position would be more frantic in personality or lively I guess? The male lead is good though, as well the head female unit leader she adds some nice flavours to the series with her... I guess.. wild side sometimes? Or maybe wrong choice of words.. shes like kooky sometimes mid sentence as if shes got The Joker inside of her waiting to burst out at anytime in the middle of speaking a sentence lol or maybe Ingot her all wrong ? Anyway the old male cop its too early to pass judgement yet but he seems okay.
Now to continue watching and return to report back n edit my review if any changes are needed, Enjoy the series everyone ^_^

All I keep seeing is ppl cry n complain n whine that Conor Mcgregor made the movie bad and I personally disagree.
The fact you see how wild n crazy Conor acts in real life and mixed with the fact he was a former 2 division UFC champion honestly made this role the Perfect one for him as hes wild, unpredictable n crazy & the part where he says to Jake "Theres something wrong with you, Me Too" I legit felt that line comin from Conor was so legit, as anyone who followed his journey n career would see his insane behaviours n crazy antics often seemed like he just couldnt control himself, like theirs just something wrong with him inside n he just lets it out raging, hence why he loves fighting so much even when rich.
Someone said he acted like a grinning maniac lol? How else is a mercenary for a criminal group suppose to act ? Is their a road map blueprint? Or do you guys suppose they gotta act mysterious like they apart of a ninja clan? Or MI-6? They chose to have the mercenary portrayed as maniacal due to well he kills ppl for a living n probably enjoys it so im sure hes kinda looney for sure, next hes a skilled fighter so im guessing he fights quite alot n mix that with hes maniacal well it seems obvious he would behave more crazy as more fighting happens. If any other actor said the one liners he did I am sure u all wouldnt be so upset but Conor pulled off the lines very good for someone whois first time acting.
Sure their was something I disliked and that was certain times they tried to cut the film length down so they opted to skip showing Conor beating up the minions n NPCS, but It would have put a bigger statement on his threat level if they actually showed it instead. I am sure they did this not only to save time but probably they feared Conor couldnt hold back on his punches cause I swear lots of times during this film I thought omg Conor really punched the guy foreal and thats what makes the fighting more legit & entertaining cause unlike actors playing the roles to fight, Conor legit is a dangerous fighter and many haters may laugh at this comment just cause he hasnt fought in a while but the fact is every single hater if stepped up to him to fight probs would be dead n Conor wouldnt break a sweat and thats why when u see someone whois not an actor do fight scenes n hes legit a real dangerous striker & u gonna be on the edge of ur seats wondering holy shiet did he hold back? Or did the director appease his star status so much that he let the stuntmans n extras get ass whooped for real.
I didnt like the female lead love interest as she wasn't to great but on a side note I thought the minor character Moe was great! Infact I would watch a film if they made one on his character lol, a comedy film where hes always joining up different groups of ppl n ending up in bad n hilarious situations before having to pack his bag on a hobo stick n ride off into the sunset before joining another in his search for some friendly biker friends :P.

I'd Like to start off with wow! The last couple of films I seen with Blake Lively have been awesome & her acting has been just impressive to see her growth & ability over all these years. I must say I wasn't a fan of hers early on due to the films she was in were largely not my type of films so it wasn't till her role in Green Lantern that I noticed her as an actress. Course it wasn't till I think 2 films later for the Age of Adaline film in 2015 that it started impressing me alot & since.
So this film had the hot & beautiful Blake Lively as the wild, spontaneous, rebel & opposite of her in every sense of the word was the mild, conservative, innocent Anna Kendrick who was like a Martha Stewart lol, an angel that wouldn't do no wrong. With 2 polarizing opposite personalities these 2 mothers strike up a friendship & 1 day Blake Livelys character disappears leaving Anna Kendrick unsure what to do? Who to trust? Where to look? As she begins trying to unravel the mystery & find out what happened to her best friend? Henry Golding plays the husband of Blake Lively & throughout the movie I kept thinking is he a good guy or is he just terrible at acting a bad guy lol? Oh not to forget the minor characters that appears in this film that albeit have short screen times but I feel they made the film more light hearted & entertaining even if its just 10 seconds here & 10 seconds there..
Their was not 1 minute during the film where I disliked something, nor did I ever at any point lose interest so Kudos to the cast & crew for doing such a well done job on this movie & I totally can't wait to see if theirs any other films 1 day of Anna Kendrick & Blake Lively together again for that would be a great film already. Theirs 1 comparison that sums up the odd friendship pairing of Both Anna Kendrick & Blake Lively's characters and that is the comic book friendships of like Bruce Wayne & Clark Kent due to hrorw opposite in nature they are n yet somehow they made it jive together.
This film does an amazing job in showing how much 1 person can impact our lives or influence us deeply, such as when we see Anna Kendricks character go through her transformations all from the friendship & influence of Blake Lively's character & you could really appreciate the growth of her character onscreen. Hope yall enjoy this film too as I have & I can't wait to see the next Blake Lively film.

This sequel film is the perfect example of when companies ruin good films by forcing a terrible sequel that tries to wedge itself inbetween the stories of the first film. They basically ruined the ending they originally had & to top it off they swapped out Ryu Jun-Yeol who played Seo Young Rak in the 1st film & god knows why but the new guy playing him decided to take the character into a different direction contradicting his original character. So in the 1st film u had this stoic, cold, calculating, almost like hes emotionless type of Villain n yet able to still portray himself looking innocent & trustable... & now in the 2nd film you got the new guy acting as if hes now got all these emotional expressions suddenly & worst of all hes now showing fear smh. In the first film u would never see fear in the 1st actors face because he knew he was playing a sociopathic emotionless Villain, now we got a watered down sappy version of him lol. They really fumbled this one... but even with so much criticism n bad things about the film you could always still find some good things; such as the guy playing Brian is now putting in another top notch performance to portray a very injured, psychotic villain. I mean every screen time he gets hes putting in the work to show every line he delivers that his character is experiencing searing n blistering pain & its such a good performance that it leaves u in such high praise of his talent to act.
Lastly you got the new villain Big Knife played by Han Hyo-Joo & she matches her predecessors energy & talent in portraying a narcissistic meth addict badass gangster. She channeled the passion & finesse of the last actor to play Jin Ha Rim (played by Ju Hyuk Kim) & they make such a perfect match for their respective roles. The new guy playing Jin Ha Rim did not pull it off well, he went from in 1st film being such a maniacal, jittery, spontaneosly crazy serial killer like druggie gangster to now in 2nd film some cool calm assasin like killer lol.
I would have rated this a 4/10 but the 2 villains performance at least held up well so 5/10.
