Originally shot back in 1995, it is a relief to get this edition on DVD - and in the UK.
Although not featuring the most famous Playmates, this feature is impressive - supplying us with some relatively unknown bodies. That said, the girls do extremely well.
'Hawaiian Tropic' could be considered the catapult that put popular oriental Playboy model Sung Hi Lee into the spotlight. It also features blonde 'now-and-again' Playboy video star Shellani Taarud at her very best. The models are under-rated and certainly compare well to the commonly known Playmates of numerous feature videos.
Tastefully shot on a secluded island, this film has the usual Playboy professionalism about it but also boasts longer than average segments per model. Having said that, with the elusive but impressive ladies on offer here, even more screen time would have gone down well! Better than most Playboy features.
