Not going to get serious when I initially didn't realise the show was c.25 years old. Even though the old phone handsets were a complete giveaway - dammit, I liked my Motorola Razr!.
Soldiered through the entire 105 episodes - so have to add that it's tolerable.
But a note of levity - Mirror, Mirror, on the wall, Who is the fairest of them all? -> Lena Olin - Just a reaction to everything about her. Mightily impressed.
Amy Acker (close second) - Yes, indeed.
Jennifer Garner - OK, was that the early days of collagens (or worse) in her lips?.
And a more serious note; back then office PCs weren't that fast or good. I've been "at it" for 40 years+, and while I wouldn't be without them, it takes more time that Hollywood thinks to get them to do what you actually want!!.
Finally, butane powered hand gas burners (as used in some early series) wouldn't have any significant effect on speciality steels - such as cutting through.
Overall, it's all good fun, if you can ignore Leonardo da Vinci lookalikes!.

Yet another angle on the way the west was won from Kevin C. Always been worth watching for decades.
This one is a chaotic sequence, but that's the way I'd imagine the push west evolved.
Special mention for Sienna Miller, but off-topic. Everytime I see her it's the dance at camera sequence in "Layer Cake", so sensual - totally unforgettable!!.
The scenery at times is fantastic - but the farming part of me says it's damn sure not worthwhile land.
However late on, a scene with Sienna & Sam W. Was spectacularly '50's style Technicolour. I was immediately transported back to "Seven Brides ..." times.
The precis ending is confusing, but maybe that's Chapter 2.
Which I'll watch next.

Mainly because Ms. Fingscheidt wanted to create a work, that's actually work in itself to follow, and particularly visually appreciate.
The story elements come at us in snippets, semi-complete with flashbacks, none of which are necessarily linear. Got to turn the volume up, and pay attention, then.
Then several additional elements are thrown into the mix, which dilutes the attention you can give, whether they're genuinely relevant or not.
And Sandra is not her usual ebullient self - far from it. But she shows her natural ability to act with micro-movements, and generally make the whole thing worth persisting with.
Because I appreciate Sandra's talents my score for the movie is 8 - but it's mainly down to her.
