I started watching this show with no expectations and very soon it took me in. A great, smooth and funny John Hamm and the rest of the cast is also well chosen.
Basically the story has a lot of potential and could become something huge if the surprises keep coming. Up to this point the storytelling is subtle and intriguing, although I don't like the part with the troublesome kids, which I think is just too worn out. But besides that, it has its moments, nice one liners and of course the superb narration of Coop which always come into play at the right time.
I believe Apple TV just landed another great show.

I had no expectations when I started watching this TV Show but knowing Colin Farrell is leading gave me a good feeling.
Then I saw the style of this thing and was into it within minutes. There are a lot to say about the story but for my taste, Sugar has the right pace, a good mixture of the obvious and unexpected and a narrating voice that is just perfect. No drama, no sensationalism no action pumped words nothing. Just this troubled guy's thoughts put into words when necessary.
I have to say I truly enjoyed this TV Show and yes, Colin Farrell and the rest of the cast does not disappoint. The Apple TV producers had a very good sense for this, so congrats to them too.

This movie has its flaws and at times I thought "why in the world..." but overall I think it is a pretty solid Alien sequel with great cinematography.
The fact that this was under Ridley Scott's supervision shows and I'm glad he kept an eye on things.
In my opinion David Jonsson delivers an incredible performance as Andy (self-programmed android).
There's enough explanation in the movie what the Alien or Xenomorph is and helps to embark the franchise for those who have never seen any part. So all in all I enjoyed the two hours ride very much and of course look forward for another episode of Alien.
