Despite dodging a bullet there, Devil May Care does suffer from budget related issues, the biggest of which is its setting. The theater was supposed to have been abandoned in the 1940s and overrun by the forest. The film was shot in a theater, but it's clean, well maintained and obviously still in use. You can also see modern chairs and other equipment in the background of several shots.
The oddest thing about the film though is its tone. Most of the director's film's that I've seen have been distinctly dark affairs, with any humour being or the morbid variety. Devil May Care on the other hand is much lighter with scenes such as the murder of an actress that features such over the top theatrical acting it had to be intentional.

The He Is Risen trailer that starts the compilation is promising, but as expected, this is a very uneven compilation of extreme low budget fake trailers, real trailers, and short films. Luckily, few are much longer than 5 minutes so at least you don't have to suffer the bad ones too long.
Also Sammie Lei's in one of the stories. No thanks!
Some other standouts: Axeman, Alien Assassin, Conrad the Bavarian and its sequel, Bloodmaker, Violence in Vietnam, Tourist A, Death Racer vs the Vampire Women, Industrial Animals, Bad Habit, Period Blood, Doctor Haas vs Stanislaus Rebels, Feed to Kill, Payment Up Front, Redneck in the Shell, many of which may have originated on YouTube, like the Huckbros Nitro stuff.
You could probably cut this to 76 min and have a charitably 6/10 compilation. The problem is that the other 94 minutes would be rated a 2/10.

This was a strange one to watch. Dani Thompson has a go at writing as well as performing. It's mediocre at best with this Charlie's Angels wannabe production. Odd moments in the film too like interviews. Didn't feel like it was nessesary.
