This movie was great! Don't pay attention to the 5 star rating; this will be included in my Christmas movie marathon next year. I was kinda looking forward to a happy ending then I liked the idea of it having not so happy. But it still ended on a twist alright! It was funny and had the heartwarming Christmas learning moments and a post credit scene lol.

Not sure what else to say the required amount is ridiculous especially since I'm being positive lol. Wouldn't recommend for young kids even though 11 year olds are in it. There's no swearing really but it is kinda dark for a kid I suppose. Just watch it and make up your own mind.

This had a lot of potential and really all it needed was a bit more backstory for what's hunting them. The acting is great, emotions run high but it's well done and not over the top, believable storyline of these two estranged brothers, even the music was pretty good. But at the same time there wasn't enough story, and yet the ending was good. The whole thing just makes me wanna shrug and go welp there are far worse horror movies out there.

Not gonna lie I was hoping this would turn out to be a Wendigo type story. And not just because the actress who played Donna in Supernatural is in this movie lol. It had the whole setup for it too-minus the cannibalism.
