As someone who's constantly baffled by the plethora of choices that contemporary content offers, watching this movie was a truly unique experience, a different definition of "cinema" altogether, starkly different from the "titillating" ones, the ones that rely on stimulating the senses in a gross manner. Neither was this an intellectually stimulating flick that explores philosophical questions.
This was a "romantic" movie, and for being so it relied on "romance" alone thus being entirely different from the typical romance depicted in contemporary in fact in main stream cinema since forever.
Instead of standing upon the mere sexual tension between the two genders, this movie explores individuality in a way that was new for me & though being a romantic movie, it was the first of its kind that I came across.
It's very rare of a romantic movie to not to be grand, fictitious or obsessed with the protagonists.
For me it was the romance between the protagonists that was charming, not their personalities themselves.
Essentially, it was a good watch.

Given the prevalent plagiarism in the Indian content space, it's refreshing to see something original and creative.
The series addresses a niche topic that might seem like an exaggerated figment of imagination but is most likely gaining as much traction and acceptance in India as it has in the West.
The series effortlessly manages to stay hilarious and keeps the audience on the edge, achieving this through a synergistic combination of a great cast, plot depth, cinematography, and effective overall execution.
If it comes across as hilarious and entertaining even when based on a controversial theme, it speaks volumes about the creators' caliber.

The initial part of the movie gives a strange impression when one sees that how far the idea that two people can connect well over food has been stretched as in this case the entire acquaintance between the protagonists has been based on food or "meat" to be specific.
As one proceeds, it's clear that the attraction which is initially one sided intensifies & becomes mutual, the bizarre way of its expression which give the movie its unique identity has served its purpose quite well by creating some noise for the film.
The thought it provoked in me was if it was necessary at all? And is there any point to it other than it being shocking?
After giving some thought to it, I concluded that it does have one important message which is, when simple, obvious & natural feelings are suppressed, they don't vanish but are only expressed in weird ways which aren't beneficial to any party involved.
