To be fair i have never seen the John Wick movies so I can't compare this movie to those films, maybe that helps my review be unbiased, the acting is good, Ana de armis convincingly plays the 'bad girl' very well, and it was nice seeing john wick (keanu reeves appear), the action scenes special effects and cinematography was amazing, sometimes fire can look so fake in movies but here it looks real, beautiful filming locations, very atmospheric with snow, I think the plot was a little generic (tracking down organization) but I recommend this movie, it's pretty violent as expected but nothing too over the top. I give this movie a 7.5.
It's boring, simple as that, they don't show enough of the properties for sale, most of the people on the show I care nothing about, I can't even remember their names, they are superficial, after the first episode I was kinda into it, but it just went down hill from there, it's good background noise, as I am working from home, I will finish the series because I don't like to leave a show unfinished (I'm on episode 4) but it's just a bland show, heck even selling the oc is better than this, I recommend owning manhattan, it has just the right amount of listings, career driven employees and drama.
First, I have to address the one reviewer that says it's the worst movie they've never seen, really?? The worst movie?? This movie is far from the worst ever made- you must think Mars Attacks is avante garde film making- now that's out of the way, it's not going to win Oscars, but what I did like about it was the beautiful scenery and landscape and the forest set the tone for the movie very nicely, it's not the best movie ever made or the scariest, but there were some interesting concepts, the book probably is able to flesh out more details than an hour and a half movie, but all in all I thought it was a competent film, and worth the watch.
