  • Watching on HBO MAX right now!

Truly compelling story about an extraordinary man and athlete. His story is unexpected, from his parents and upbringing, to his early relationships. Tiger had an innate focus, drive, and extreme talent. He is mesmerizing to watch. Of course this unpacks the pressure he was under to live up to expectations, not the least of which: his own expectation of being the best. Both of his parents put incredible expectations on him. His father was intense and literally told his son and others that Tiger was a god. His entire life involved intense pressure and scrutiny. He also revolutionized golf and made history.

  • Stylish and action packed but incomprehensible plot

I will need to watch this again to unravel the plot but I thoroughly enjoyed watching this. The violence was a lot and trigger warning regarding sexual assault. The soundtrack is outstanding and I love The Toddlers (lol) and their rap and dance moves. Michele Dockery is elegant and fierce af. Hugh Grant looks completely different and is more interesting here than in The Undoing. Matthew McConnaughy (sp?) is very good and co-produced. Charlie Hunnman is lovely to watch. The brutality and violence is rough to watch. The UK take was refreshing and fun. The accents and Brit slang are great. Smartly written and lots of action and some fashion.

  • Artistic, trippy, and brilliant!

My teenaged trans gay son and I totally loved this film. The lead character is completely fierce, vulnerable, lovable, pitiful, glamorous, hilarious. The writing is so clever and well done. The music and art in this film, not to mention the fashion, makeup, and the most fantastic hair are all quite fabulous. This is an entertaining, trippy, fun, heartbreaking, symbolic film. It has something to say and says it in an edible, delicious way. Highly recommend!

  • I couldn't finish it

I wanted to watch this but I did not become interested enough in the character to stay with it. The dialogue was boring to me. The cow slaughtering was almost the end of it for me. I even forwarded over it and tried to watch more but lost interest.

  • Brilliant and absurd with something to say.

I have watched this movie several times and I see something new and brilliant each time. This movie makes you think, laugh, drop your jaw and open your mind. I love it. I love Lakeith Stanfield and Tessa Thompson. Also Terry Crews and Danny Glover are great in their roles. Highly recommend.

  • Season 3 is outstanding

I just watched season three when they reran it n HBO. The mystery is extremely compelling. I was riveted by the story. Mahershala Ali is breathtaking as usual. I also found the performances of Carmen E, Stephen Dorff, and scoot m. incredible. I watched all 8 eps in 2 days.

  • Great movie!

I found this movie very affecting and memorable. It felt very intimate and familiar. I live in Florida and have experienced hurricanes and their aftermath. I cared about the characters and loved the writing. I would definitely recommend it!
