I never heard of this guy or anything he has done or was affiliated with. And what is the point of him being a monkey? It was massive flop and it would have been no matter what but it may have at least come close to breaking even at some point if it wasn't for the whole pointless and nonsensical monkey thing. The monkey thing was a massive distraction and pulled all focus away from whatever the story was supposed to be if it was in fact supposed to be anything to begin with. I was only one of next to no one else in the theater when I saw this and the monkey movie poster is what I am sure did it in long before it opened. Not a terrible movie but certainly nothing all that great either. Nick.
I heard this is one of the worst movies ever made and from what I remember from the previews that is no surprise. Even if it were not bad enough to be one of the worst movies ever made who would want to see a movie about a short out of shape with below average looks whine about how he used to be married to someone who is actually passable and seemingly brag that he was somehow able to get someone like her to begin with just to pretend and fool himself into thinking he is not ugly? And why one earth did Tia Carare have anything do to with this massive and forgettable flop that I can't believe ever made it to screens in the first place. This should have been thrown out as an "Allen Smithee Film" and shot into oblivion before it even ended up on the cutting room floor.
3 actors apparently played the lead of Nick the judge. I never saw any with the original actor nor was I aware there was someone who played the role prior, but I am aware of the 3rd actor who's name I don't know and is not listed in the cast on IMDb. They evidently brought the show back in 2000 I think on TNT with the new lead actor having a strikingly similar look to the 2nd and most popular Nick. It had everyone else back from the original and I'm not sure how long it lasted but it seemed to keep in step with the most popular of the 3 Nick's show but there still seemed to be something missing. We can thank the fact that CBS was willing to trash all of their crimetime lineup just to have a late show on their network for not getting more of this show at the time.
