This film, "Iron," is very enjoyable and well done. The railroading scenes and locomotive are authentic. The theme is important and hopefully will inform people about the treatment of women. I particularly enjoyed the Porter Locomotive and railroading scenes.
They finally portrayed the Tarzan character more like Burroughs wrote him! This is the best Tarzan movie I have ever seen. The acting is superb, and the settings are beautiful. The movie was so good that it seemed like I wanted it to last longer. It was sheer entertainment!
The stars of the film were really excellent in their roles, and I thought the two main characters perfectly played their roles. The rest of the cast were excellent also.
The story moves along briskly, and the plot is very effective.
I believe people will enjoy it, even if they know nothing about Tarzan. This is a very enjoyable movie, and I recommend it. We are going to see it again this weekend and bring our family and friends!

I just discovered this movie a week or two ago. It is really fun! That's more than can be said for lots of movies these days. I am surprised that people have not commented on the three blind men following one another as they tap their way through one of the scenes. A real "nod" to James Bond's Dr. No. This is just one of the surprises in this very entertaining movie. Denzel Washington was excellent. The film is full of interesting, quirky characters and some great dialogue as well. It is also good to see location filming in a place that is not often seen in films any more. This is really an old fashioned type of film with a sense of life and warmth in it.
